IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
No, there is no minimum order size or fee.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Contact through the forum, email, call, or text. We will coordinate your rental pieces and email you a Rental Form and Contract to sign.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY/PICK-UP PROCESS?
Items can be picked up for no additional charge. We can deliver and pick-up the rental items for a delivery fee based on location (minimum of $25). Due to some items being more fragile to handle, some items can only be delivered and picked-up by Belle of the Ball Event Rentals. Items that are delivery only and will still require a delivery fee include, but not limited to: crystal candelabra, crystal candelabra-large, diamond arch, Queen Mary couch, and rustic wet bar.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
The requested item(s) and date will be held for one (1) week from receipt of Contract, Rental Form, and required deposit. After one (1) week the item(s) will not be reserved and may need to request for availability again.
